Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Cooperative, committed, supportive, dynamic and growth oriented.
It is truly a team environment! We meet as a team as work together to succeed.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
I work in data entry and my boss Brian Buckley is in charge of the dept. Im in the process of finding a new career. I've spent far too much time working for him and watch my job duties increase year after year and when I ask for the compensation to match the work load I'm always met with excuses.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Absolutely undervalued! I work hard and I alot of extra work that is asked of me. But once again when I ask for a raise as my daily work load increases I feel like I need to be compensated fairly.

I work from home. So I dictate how the invironment is.

It was very informal and relied on my reputation in my area of expertise.

A bit more transparency about pay.
