The leadership team should stop micro-managing and be more respectful of their employee's life/work balance.
There is always a high amount of stress working at Globanet. The owners and managers need to be sensitive to that, especially when they see a negative review posted on Glassdoor. Stop trying to drown out those reviews by forcing your employees to post. Consider reading it and improve yourself.
