Health benefits and paid on target earnings. I'd like to see more tuition reimbursement options or a heavier investment in further education.
Globanet does it's best to ensure their employees are taken care of as best as possible

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is caring and helpful
We always compliment each other when we exhibit excellent performance
Family oriented, honesty, everyone works hard and tries to live by our corporate values.
People are happy and eager to work together
I work remotely, but I am always connected via Skype to get quick answers needed.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Less micro managers, berating, and unrealistic expectations.
better communication amongst teams and departments

What did you like most about the interview process?
Everyone was on the same page
The hiring manager was realistic about the job duties and requirements.
It was a well known conversation for me based on the relationships I had established through the industry.
The meeting of several top executives during the process.
Thoroughness- I got to ask whomever I wanted to whatever I wanted to - even tough questions like why and how come previous people had left; what would really be my workload, not just wishful thinking etc.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
There is always a high amount of stress working at Globanet. The owners and managers need to be sensitive to that, especially when they see a negative review posted on Glassdoor. Stop trying to drown out those reviews by forcing your employees to post. Consider reading it and improve yourself.
What would you most like to see improved at your company?
I would like to see more professionalism at Globanet and less empty promises and threats.
