The feedback process is fairly formal. You also have the opportunity to respond anonymously but are asked to give specific scenarios so it's hard to remain truly anonymous. Also, it's difficult to word feedback in a constructive way sometimes so you end up not being entirely forthcoming because you're worried you might offend someone or burn a bridge.

It's relatively informal for the most part but at the quarters and end of year our goals are set and well defined for compensation.
