
Somewhat flexible. It's not a company with unlimited time off or anything, but you can get in between 9-11 and leave between 5-7 accordingly, and managers are pretty understanding if you need time off.
As long as you're getting your work done, and you're around when your team needs/expects you to be, managers generally won't breathe down your neck about scheduling.
