
Often pretty challenging .. Generally the higher priority area you're on, the busier and more competitive it gets. If you want to keep going towards promotion and growth, be ready to work hard. Then there are definitely teams and roles that are less visible and worse for your career growth but great for work life balance!
Depends on the org and manager. My most recent experience was terrible - all the way up to th VP - zero consideration and compassion for the human being.
It depends on the role. For some it is fantastic. For others work life balance is a dream.
