We have a good number of vacation days but it's typically harder to take vacation when your manager is around because you'll need to burden someone else with covering while you're away and even still it can sometimes be hard to check out depending on what's going on. That said, the company really values work-life balance and encourages taking time off to recharge.

3 weeks for first 3 years, 4 weeks on 4th year, 5 weeks after 5th year
