Not at all... Inexperienced folks that thought they knew way more than they did, and that their work was the most important one in the world. But I guess this was an exception... I don't think I have seen any other team like that. I have switched teams internally and my new team a was completely different experience.

Not at all. I had to initiate pair programming to interact. No one shows you around the code.
