You are always one. Co-workers work in the middle of the night. Managers schedule mtgs in the middle of the night. It's cut throat. When I asked for a flexible work arrangement, which is a company policy I was written up in a PEP.

Me in particular... Usually take the 7:30am shuttle in and the 4:20pm out. Most of the times I work on the bus, but not always.

You're always on. And if you report weekend work, you will get written up and ostracized for reporting it.

I'm in NYC. I get in between 9&10. I leave after 7.
