Overtime work is basically mandatory and there is little acknowledgement of the impact people make trying as hard as they can to succeed.
The recruiter was amazing, team seem ok in the interview... but try his most of their mean employees until after the job started.
Overall working at Gusto is depressing. Most people are acting happy but are deeply afraid and will stab you in the back. Many leaders are obviously oblivious or are narcissists taking advantage of the CEO. So difficult to experience such a terrible work culture.
