What's the vibe like in the Sales dept at HackerRank? How many hours are you working?

Energy is mid-level. Culture of pounding the phones hasn't really blossomed. People seem to prefer to gravitate to a quiet space for call making rather than be on the floor. Team is very close, though, and always willing to help one another out. Driven and passionate is almost everyone on the team. Office work hours are early - typically 7 or 8am, with everybody (quite literally save maybe 1 or 2 people) gone by 4pm. Enterprise reps are remote.
