What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team are one of them smartest people i have ever met and they know what the steps are to ensure that we success as a group.
They are trying to backfill high turnover on the e-team
Feedback collecting needs to be more organized. Transparency is touted, but still really isn't there. Company needs process, and resources to help people succeed - enablement, training programs, willingness to pay for schooling / professional development, etc.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Competitive pay for the Bay Area
Bonus structure is awesome for sales.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There is no 401k match
What are some of the best things about your team?
my team consist of top talents which makes my experience working here a breeze. everyone knows what they are supposed to be doing so we always have each other backs.
Collaborative, friendly, care about each other
The team is less technical than probably should be for an engineering focused product.

Good friends, catered lunch, ping pong
HackerRank is growing, customers are coming, and the space is getting a lot of attention. Poised for sale or IPO, for certain, in the future - though who knows when.
