Fair. Can be overwhelming if you don't manage it yourself. Company does not do a ton to promote balance.

Very attractive, with a lot of over performance incentives. Management up to CFO is highly pro-sales and wants to help reps make money.
What's the vibe like in the Sales dept at HackerRank? How many hours are you working?
Energy is mid-level. Culture of pounding the phones hasn't really blossomed. People seem to prefer to gravitate to a quiet space for call making rather than be on the floor. Team is very close, though, and always willing to help one another out. Driven and passionate is almost everyone on the team. Office work hours are early - typically 7 or 8am, with everybody (quite literally save maybe 1 or 2 people) gone by 4pm. Enterprise reps are remote.

Team is young, but hungry. Consistency is still a bit of a work in progress for some, but overall the teams are hitting their numbers and many reps are over-achieving. Compensation plans are very attractive, and Sales leadership respects the people and works hard to make them money, and make them successful.
How's the leadership on the Sales team at HackerRank?
Corporate feeling, and hierarchical - but they know what they are doing.
