    Decent and improving. Ratios could probably be shared by HR - but we've offices in 3 countries, customers in hundreds, a strong women in leadership positions in both our Bangalore and US offices, and we constantly evaluate skill over pedigree (or homogeneity which has helped improve diversity just by itself.
