4 weeks of vacation to start. Goes to 5 at your 3rd anniversary. Every 5 years you get a 5 week sabbatical.
Generous, and employees are encouraged to actually take their vacation. Sabbatical policy kicks in after 5 years with the company, and again, employees are encouraged to actually use it - and many people do so.
