What is the dress code at reddit?
There isn’t one. Be neat and clean but feel free to wear a hoodie or jeans.
What kind of interview questions do they ask when hiring someone in the Customer Support department at reddit?
Reddit has no customer support department. If you are speaking of the community team's support ops, it's a very different answer than the sales team's support.
Who did you meet with during your interview? And how long did it take to hear back from reddit?
I met with my boss, several people who would be working with me, and a couple of peers. My hiring time was fast, less than 2 weeks
What's the pay like for Customer Support roles at reddit?
The closest analogue to a customer support role at reddit is the community manager role. It's fairly mid-level for community managers, or was when I left anyway.

"Startup + " - still trying to be lean and scrappy but getting mired in bureaucracy
