
More inclusion is needed between departments. Alot of this has to do with the way the building is structured. Each department is separated into their own offices.
More office perks. Beverages on tap would be nice, stocked food items would be nice. Better healthcare, 401k that matches, Variety of activities for break/lunch time, subsidized daily lunches, cleaner office
Transparency, or lack thereof. Although the leadership team speaks endlessly of the importance of being transparent, few actually follow through on this promise. Decisions that have broad effect are given very vague explanations, disclosure is minimal, and excuses are plentiful
Remember where you came from and ensure the focus is on the employees. Execs should listen more to the reasons why people are looking for and accepting opportunities at other companies to slow the increasing employee turnover. transparency requires action, & isn't just a buzzword to throw around.
