If you could make changes, how would you improve the culture at HCR ManorCare?

Treat and compensate the nurses properly so they are not forced to resign and be overworked/underpaid. This company will never be able to retain nurses at the rate they are going. It's disgusting. How can consumers expect their loved ones to be cared for when the employees are not cared for?

Being honest with employees about the troubles the company is going through would be a start. Why is it that we only hear from management after there is an article in the blade?
