I've been here a year and I've gotten a $0.16 raise with that being said I do like everyone I work with the management and employees

I’m here in South Carolina and it took me a whole year before I got a raise and the raise is only .25¢ seems like I get it every 6 to 7 months I notice I got another .25¢. Sadly only making 9.50 an hour but I guess it helps pay the bills.

I've worked here for 3 years and have not gotten a raise. Still making minimum wage.

I, personally am not challenged at HCSG. Healthcare Services Group is challenged. The negative far out weighs the positive. The training program for MIT account managers is a joke, the pay rate for an EVS manager is one of the lowest in the country, benefits a less than favorable. They care more about staying within their budgets than providing quality services in the facilities they operate in.
