Great transparency within company and supporting leaders.
Great place to work, staff are very caring, we need raises though, the cost of living goes up, but we don't get a raise.
Cost of living doesn't stay up to date with wages. They pinch pennies whenever possible and it's left to caregivers or nurses to pay to have gloves. Families get mad at caregiver when no one from the office calls back to address people not showing up for assigned shifts.
