Very positive startupy culture. Fosters a lot of support, space, and recognition for bro's in the office. Many men there are very loud and that's encouraged by leadership. People who are super positive get a lot of respect and people who are more candid and less bubbly are less valued by management. Oddly though, the team seems to value candor and critical thinking as well as being annoyed by loud bro culture. It's a weird split between leaderships' concept of "positive" culture and the team's desire for authenticity and competency. Overall it's a constructive environment but one that largely ignores the unpleasant realities of the problems they are trying to solve. Keep it bubbly and positive and you'll do great. Be candid and critical and you'll also do well but not be liked by management so much.
