- What are some of the best things about your team?Our team is so incredibly mission-driven. I love how passionate everyone is about the work we're focused on. I know so many people in tech who are wasting their lives building ads and to be able to work on something meaningful is life-changing.
- What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?Our core values are really good. People actually use them every day and it makes a difference. I've worked at other places where it was obvious they didn't matter but the company does a really good job of enforcing the values regularly.
- What is the best part about your compensation package?We have incredible benefits and we are asked to participate and give our opnions any time we add or change them

- What does the leadership team need to get better at?Leadership needs replacements across the board. They make highly mistaken decisions and their youth is a root cause of their poor instincts. Hard decisions on who leads are not being made and competent people are being pushed out the door. Company will tank without changes made.
- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?We have been given inexperienced and failed leaders and forced to merely trust things will get better.
