Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My direct manager is on the executive team and he is extremely talented and trustworthy
they are empathetic and vulnerable
They take feedback and are always looking for ways to improve
I believe they care deeply about what we're doing and will continue to do whatever they can to achieve it.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They give great advice and help when I need it
Leadership needs replacements across the board. They make highly mistaken decisions and their youth is a root cause of their poor instincts. Hard decisions on who leads are not being made and competent people are being pushed out the door. Company will tank without changes made.
We need more diversity of age, gender, and social insight on our executive team.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
We have incredible benefits and we are asked to participate and give our opnions any time we add or change them

There has been a lot of thought put in to our benefits packages and the People team regularly reassesses to make sure that our benefits are meeting the needs of the emplyee
the wellness benefit is great as is the metrocard and free lunches
our wellness benefit is awesome and we get good perks like lunches in the office
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We have been given inexperienced and failed leaders and forced to merely trust things will get better.
The wage gap between folks on the team is really large. Healthify sees it as a reality of the market but opinion among the team varies.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team is so incredibly mission-driven. I love how passionate everyone is about the work we're focused on. I know so many people in tech who are wasting their lives building ads and to be able to work on something meaningful is life-changing.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Be conscious of conversation dynamics, how one might be silencing others. Be judicious of how safe your conversation topics make others feel
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our core values are really good. People actually use them every day and it makes a difference. I've worked at other places where it was obvious they didn't matter but the company does a really good job of enforcing the values regularly.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Replace HR and executive leadership with people with stronger instincts and who trusts the employees.

the team gets back to you super quickly, answers questions speedily and is really transparent about the process

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Very negative and hollow culture right now. People have no trust in leadership's ability to competently lead everyone to success. Negative and untrustworthy culture pushes people not to come into the office making the office culture dead.
