Leadership needs replacements across the board. They make highly mistaken decisions and their youth is a root cause of their poor instincts. Hard decisions on who leads are not being made and competent people are being pushed out the door. Company will tank without changes made.

Our core values are really good. People actually use them every day and it makes a difference. I've worked at other places where it was obvious they didn't matter but the company does a really good job of enforcing the values regularly.

Very negative and hollow culture right now. People have no trust in leadership's ability to competently lead everyone to success. Negative and untrustworthy culture pushes people not to come into the office making the office culture dead.
