We have been given inexperienced and failed leaders and forced to merely trust things will get better.

Be conscious of conversation dynamics, how one might be silencing others. Be judicious of how safe your conversation topics make others feel

The wage gap between folks on the team is really large. Healthify sees it as a reality of the market but opinion among the team varies.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Very negative and hollow culture right now. People have no trust in leadership's ability to competently lead everyone to success. Negative and untrustworthy culture pushes people not to come into the office making the office culture dead.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Leadership needs replacements across the board. They make highly mistaken decisions and their youth is a root cause of their poor instincts. Hard decisions on who leads are not being made and competent people are being pushed out the door. Company will tank without changes made.
