If you're paid commission to close deals and hit quota, management should be able to provide insight on activity output.
Everything. Clearly state expectations and avoid micromanaging. The in charge sales team kisses the one high performer's ass and its embarrassing.
Clear expectations and stop randomly slacking people foe abrupt meetings to spy on them. If you can't let people do their work then maybe youre not right for management.
