What do you like best about the leadership team?
Transparency, willingness to accept when they are wrong, adaptable, personable and approachable
They do a great job at collecting feedback from lower level employees. Plus, they are nice people.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Everything. Clearly state expectations and avoid micromanaging. The in charge sales team kisses the one high performer's ass and its embarrassing.

They give us Volunteering days
The medical and dental coverage is top notch
Paid for health insurance.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If you're paid commission to close deals and hit quota, management should be able to provide insight on activity output.

Their personalities.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Clear expectations and stop randomly slacking people foe abrupt meetings to spy on them. If you can't let people do their work then maybe youre not right for management.

Peers are fun to work with
There is a human-first approach at our company. Colleague are adept at setting boundaries but I know who they are as people, too.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Get a sales manager and CRO who actually understand sales cycle.
