I think the 3:2 balance between in-office and remote work helps people out a lot and keeps everyone feeling less overwhelmed.
Everyone in leadership is on the same page with the goals of the agency, and they keep everybody across experience levels fully in the loop with regular updates on performance and strategy.
I think in general the people here look forward to seeing each other - which isn't always the case. It doesn't seem like there are any serious internal conflicts within the agency either.
