How do you feel about going to work at Hobby Lobby everyday?

While I don't work "everyday" ,am thankful for whatever hours that are provided me every single day that is worked. Although feel held back and stagnate from moving up within the companies practices, truly do enjoy working with co-workers, people and customers. Taking the GOAL concept seriously, my intention is to make the customer experience memorable while providing the best service so they return to Hobby Lobby and by doing the best I can at my job. Out of all the retail establishments out there, truly am grateful to work in retail heaven known as hobby lobby, however don't appreciate being stuck in one position or disregarded for promotion simply because of part time or other status.
