What are the team outings like at Hobby Lobby?

What? What "team" outings? There is no such thing! I tried to facilitate something based on this idea with co-workers and only 2 out of 14 was interested. There are no incentives, no appreciation events. We have a weekly snack day, and birthdays are posted, otherwise employee "Team" outings are not a part of the "Big Picture".
