As this company is a multi-million dollar one, they can certainly afford to pay admin staff more than 14-18 dollars an hour.
They are inclusive and involved but do not micromanage.
Very supportive in every sense of the word.
Division between attorneys and staff is always in flux. Most of the time very apparent. Recognition for work well done is non-existent for staff. Use of good pay is used to keep employees. Management is mainly white/male oriented, and the ability to create change and innovation is low.
