Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Transparency in pay and compensation is greatly needed in comparison to other law firms. Turnover is high due to undervalued employees
As this company is a multi-million dollar one, they can certainly afford to pay admin staff more than 14-18 dollars an hour.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team has each other's backs when needed
