Some worship him, some think he's juvenile and unprofessional. He tends to undermine his direct reports and build relationships with junior employees who he thinks are fun. He has a hidden party room in the HQ building and invites the bros and attractive young females to party with him there.

Hootsuite workplace is like a second home for me. Its a complete package. I go there to do my job, have fun and be a part of everything that is going on company wide. And the best part is that everyone working there gets an equal chance to present one's views.
