Medical benefits are good. No equities for newer employees

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Diversity efforts were a nice initiative until it was cut due to the economic environment.
People are friendly and energetic

When you work for a company that is all things to all people, you get stretched thin. A little focus would make the company's efforts much more impactful.

All positive and clear timely communication.

What makes you most happy at work?
Hootsuite is very community oriented. That is the positive. My coworkers were also very open and willing to do an excellent job. There just seems to be a disconnect between management and workers.
