Diversity efforts were a nice initiative until it was cut due to the economic environment.

People are friendly and energetic

Wellness week, parental leave etc

Fun activities to do after work

High level of trust and autonomy. No punch in/punch out system. Everyone is amazing to work with and willing to help out.
