Sales commissions plan are very generous and encouraging.
There is one goal, success. They are open to ideas, nimble to make necessary changes, and have a strong open door policy.
Everyone is willing to lend a hand. There isn't anyone in the company that isn't available to chat and help better understand the business and the industry.
The willingness to help. Onboarding in sales is very self-driven, but the entire team is open and willing to assist and bring new team members up to speed and coach on what tactics they find successful.
