Higher base salary would make me feel better compared to my work load.

I feel undervalued because I dont have work life balance. All of my extra time I put in to work drastically decreases my pay per hour, and there is no lieu time policy to get back my time. It is just expected to contribute more without any compensation.

I have been working here over 3 years, there wasn't one time they did performance evalution on time. They afrid doing it so they can make you work for less.

Approachable and transparent! Can give and take tough feedback

Good people. All willing to work as a team, to help one another and bring positive energy. We all like each other, and have things we can bring to the table to help the team succeed in total.

Warm, trustworthy and cohesive group. Everyone is willing to help their team members our, share best practices, teach, bridge intros etc.. It's a great office atmosphere here, and always look forward to interacting with my co-workers when we are in.

Responsiveness is a key factor which makes our team great.

Our culture thrives on "Extreme Ownership" and high-trust autonomy. We combine zero-ego collaboration with a passion for solving complex enterprise challenges, making every breakthrough feel like a shared victory!

Most people are happy and approachable and also want to have fun

People like each other here. No one is walking around bringing the team down. This cascades from the top-on-down and it shows across the board. Even when people are slammed, they keep their heads up and stay positive.

Positive outlooks, and the cohesion of the team. People generally just really like each other here and get along in and out of the office.

The culture is positive, respectful, and collaborative, with a strong focus on teamwork, growth, and a supportive work environment.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Improved sales for the team. It makes the entire organization better off. I truly believe the fact that our company still carries the "HRSoft" name is a deterrence for the basic web shopper looking for a comp solution. It's confusing and likely has sent inexperienced people elsewhere.

Getting to meet people across the board and having insights into different divisions and roles within the org. It's a very nice flow to the process and a suitable amount of interviews.

Familiarity with the leadership team from previous work experiences. Good interview process of speaking with various team members and getting insights into the company from multiple angles.

The interview process was smooth, well-organized, and transparent, with clear communication throughout.

Seeing others succeed and prosper. Seeing a well laid plan come to fruition. Genuinely celebrating our successes together. Our meditation sessions [would love more of those!]

Working with my colleagues who are also friends. Making big sales. I love a good commission cheque.
