- What needs to change to make the company culture better?Improved sales for the team. It makes the entire organization better off. I truly believe the fact that our company still carries the "HRSoft" name is a deterrence for the basic web shopper looking for a comp solution. It's confusing and likely has sent inexperienced people elsewhere.
