I feel undervalued because I dont have work life balance. All of my extra time I put in to work drastically decreases my pay per hour, and there is no lieu time policy to get back my time. It is just expected to contribute more without any compensation.
I have been working here over 3 years, there wasn't one time they did performance evalution on time. They afrid doing it so they can make you work for less.
