Their openness to gather intel from employees about what is going well and what improvements can be made at a leadership and organizational level. And to this point, I have witnessed leadership receive this intel and put it into action.

The top-down transparency. I feel that KPIs and OKRs are continuously communicated and resources are offered to ensure all feel comfortable with individual, team, and organizational goals. Another positive is HRSoft's commitment and follow-through to growing its people from a human lens.
