1. Leadership: HubSpot's really quick to assume that someone can be a manager/leader if they built a report with the right group of people. 2. Dog policy: 6 to 1000 is not enough to consider HubSpot 'dog friendly'. This needs to be reconsidered. 3. Pay: Should be competitive, not average. 4. Diversity: More of that. 5. Healthier food options: It's great that we have kitchens stocked of food, but there should be more raw/healthy foods vs packaged foods. The HubSpot 15 is a real thing. 6. Respectful: People that work at HubSpot seem to take for granted how great they have it. There should be a reminder to the company on just how grateful we are.
There's an icky case of entitlement. I wish HubSpotters would be more empathic, be willing to help out regardless of their role, and appreciate the privileged people we are to work some place as great as HubSpot.
There are certainly cliques within the company and even within certain teams, but HubSpot does a good job of getting everyone to work together and mingle frequently regardless of your job.

More cross functional collaboration.
