Top Employee Response
Lots of autonomy to work in a way that aligns with my current life situations. Managers are always super supportive and take the initiative to help me move my career along. The Employee Resource Group for parenting is extremely active with creating opportunities for family events(or really whatever that ERG is dedicated too, I still see tons of other speakers/networking events for other ERGs). I can't think of anywhere I'd rather be.
