The vibe is good, people are engaged with their work but it's not a death march. Some projects with high visibility encourage a lot of work, but it's always temporary. People have the space to pace themselves how they need. On the other hand, I feel like if someone decides to put in a lot of effort that will be appreciated and help them.

I have so much flexibility in my work - it's awesome. I can work from home when I want, and I don't feel pressure to work more than I feel like I should.
