HubSpot is pretty casual but for an interview I'd shoot for business casual. Even jeans can be paired with a nice shirt and you'll be just fine. There's no need to dress up that much. Wear what you feel comfortable wearing everyday of the week. This is not to say don't put any effort into your look. Wear clothes that make you feel comfortable and make you look confident.
