The overall experience has been frustrating. While I have advanced myself as a person, and my career, it has definitely come at a cost to my personal well being, emotional health, and financial status.
Diversity, some really passionate and intelligent people.
I like to be challenged.
Personal, in depth and effective.
It is below industry standard.
It should be more clearly communicated who the leaders are.
Out of the box thinking is encouraged, however, not celebrated when successful.

Being aware of who their employees are and providing them with adequate tools and training to fulfil their roles. Leadership needs to align, each executive is pulling their departments in their own direction instead of in the same direction.
Leadership needs to get aligned on internal processes and move forward with them. Everyone seems to have competing agendas about how to make their own team succeed regardless of the impact on other teams. There is no "Big Picture."
