Everything. Their vehicles drive horribly, the quality is garbage, their service department refused to help in an emergency situation, they require an appointment but schedule you 4-6 months out, and they can't even provide a loaner until they are ready for you. 300 spaces is not enough to express.
I suffer with mental illness and it's definitely not helped.
Quality appears to be deteriorating based on experience with 2017 Elantra that has required 3 coil pack replacements.
