
Quarterly employee purge. Highest turnover rate I've ever experienced. A lot of excuses for lackluster performance. No unification.
Good people. A lot of unexperienced Sales Reps that use iDashboards as a launch pad into their next real career opportunity (external)
Lowest salary of my entire sales career. Commission was just as bad. Long sales cycle with very low return for the Reps.
It's a cube farm. No real culture and CEO doesn't seem to care about building one either. Let good people walk instead of matching value.
