What do you like best about the leadership team?
They listen to our thoughts abd concerns and even implement many if our suggestions. Its great to be at a place thar isnt afraid to change things.
Some important and positive changes have been made to the leadership team recently,, but they need to continue to learn from mistakes.

Out of touch with market and there place in it. No company culture.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Healthcare is the best I’ve ever ha
benefits. The health care is anazing and diesht eat my whole paycheck.
Dental and Vision, Gym Membership Rebate, really flexible vacation, work from home days
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Lowest salary of my entire sales career. Commission was just as bad. Long sales cycle with very low return for the Reps.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Theyre heplful, and supportive of both personal and professional life.
Great team, very competent teammates, very collaborative structure. Fun environment, everyone is very friendly and genuine.
Good people. A lot of unexperienced Sales Reps that use iDashboards as a launch pad into their next real career opportunity (external)

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Always looking to improve the company.
Warm, friendly atmosphere. Lots of company events (dodgeball, happy hours, random food and parties) and perks (massage, ping pong).
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Quarterly employee purge. Highest turnover rate I've ever experienced. A lot of excuses for lackluster performance. No unification.
What did you like most about the interview process?
They made me comfortable the moment i walked in the door.

What makes you most happy at work?
When im able to work on a project.
When I feel busy and challenged but not overwhelmed, a balance struck pretty often. I also genuinely enjoy the company of my coworkers.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
It's a cube farm. No real culture and CEO doesn't seem to care about building one either. Let good people walk instead of matching value.
