Good people. A lot of unexperienced Sales Reps that use iDashboards as a launch pad into their next real career opportunity (external)
Great team, very competent teammates, very collaborative structure. Fun environment, everyone is very friendly and genuine.

A mixture of cubes and offices with several collaboration spaces.

Some important and positive changes have been made to the leadership team recently,, but they need to continue to learn from mistakes.
What needs to change to make the company culture better at iDashboards?
Quarterly employee purge. Highest turnover rate I've ever experienced. A lot of excuses for lackluster performance. No unification.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation at iDashboards?

Lowest salary of my entire sales career. Commission was just as bad. Long sales cycle with very low return for the Reps.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at iDashboards?
Warm, friendly atmosphere. Lots of company events (dodgeball, happy hours, random food and parties) and perks (massage, ping pong).

It's a cube farm. No real culture and CEO doesn't seem to care about building one either. Let good people walk instead of matching value.
What makes you most happy at iDashboards?
When I feel busy and challenged but not overwhelmed, a balance struck pretty often. I also genuinely enjoy the company of my coworkers.
