- What's going wrong and how can it be improved?It's a cube farm. No real culture and CEO doesn't seem to care about building one either. Let good people walk instead of matching value.
- What needs to change to make the company culture better?Quarterly employee purge. Highest turnover rate I've ever experienced. A lot of excuses for lackluster performance. No unification.
- What does the leadership team need to get better at?Out of touch with market and there place in it. No company culture.
