Low pay, high turnover, incompetent supervisors and managers with their head in the sand. If they had any oversight of the building they'd know they need to automate most of it and invest in replacing staff with high tech AI.

Holding anyone accountable for not completely doing a task before they hand off the order to be filled defending their labor force against unrealistic expectations set by sales staff and executives. Hiring enough people to run an efficient warehouse, rather than reacting to daily emergencies.

The production manager is incompetent, and will give advice to people he likes by saying "play dumb, that's what I do." Or, "steal that if you need it, they won't notice." People pass of incomplete work and dodge responsibilities, but why not, management doesn't hold anyone accountable.

They start everyone as temps to delay having to pay benefits. Raises are department based and don't even keep up with inflation, so you get the same as everyone else in your department. I was told to be happy I had the chance to work overtime to make more money. Starting pay is very low.

They will buy lunch when they feel bad for overworking you. They will buy snacks when they have a good reporting meeting with executives in China, the ones they answer to. You can wear headphones if you want to tune out the insanity of the environment that is a sinking ship, on fire, w/ no lifeboats
